Parent Coaching
Parents I work with set very specific goals that they’d
like to achieve ie. “Reduce the number of times that I
yell each day from 6 to 1 or less” or “Reduce the
nightly bedtime routine from 90 minutes to 30 minutes.”
After sharing the goals you have for your family, a
step-by-step, individualized plan will be developed for
you to meet your goals. I will offer you fresh ideas,
support and accountability for achieving your goals. The
parents that I work with are motivated to change, open
to new ideas and take responsibility for their part of
the problem. All coaching is done by telephone at a time
that's convenient for you. Sessions are confidential and
last 30-45 minutes. Unlimited e-mail support and brief
calls in between sessions are also included in your
